This recipe was so easy to make, I shall do it again for it was delicious. The sharpness of the semi-sundried tomato is enhancing the turkey, which can sometimes be a bit blend, without taking away from the subtle taste of the asparagus.
Let’s get cooking!
For two people
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
- Cook Time : 15 minutes
1/ In a very hot pan pour in the oil and place the asparagus (hard wood having being removed) add the salt and pepper, let them take some colour 2-3 minutes. Turn them and switch of the heat, cover them and put them aside.
2/While the pasta is cooking place the turkey steak in a very hot pan with the olive oil let them cook in the very hot oil for 3-4 minutes turn the turkey steak season to taste add the chopped semi dried tomatoes and the asparagus turn off the heat and cover. Let it stand until the pasta are cooked or for a minimum of 5 minutes.
3/ When the pasta are ready drain and add them to the pan( having cut the turkey steak in bite size) mix in thoroughly.
Serve making sure that each plate get a bit of everything place the parmesan shaving on top.
