Beef Casserole with Petit Pois and Scallions

This is it winter has arrived, frost on the car this morning so we want comfort food at his best and for me casserole dish always does it.

Let’s get cooking!

For 3-4 people

  • Prep Time : 15 minutes
  • Cook Time : 45 minutes



1/ In your casserole dish heat up the oil and add the onion and garlic, let it brown slightly for 2-3 minutes then add the beef pieces a little bit at a time, if you throw all the meat in at once it will produce water and will not brown.

2/ Then add the petit pois the wine the herbs the salt and pepper and a glass of water. Let it cook for 45-50 mn.

Serve it with a generous dollop of French Dijon mustard, you will not regret it.
