This dessert is simple and all about presentation. Who does not like a good chocolate mousse with a hint of hazelnut for the texture, and then to finish with the total indulgence of strawberries with vanilla Chantilly!!!

For the mousse:
1/ Melt your chocolate in a bain-marie (over a pot of boiling water)
2/ Separate the yolks from the whites
3/ When the chocolate has melted (not completely) take the bowl out of the bain-marie with a spoon finish to melt the chocolate, when the mix has cool down a little bit, add the yolks and whisk energetically. The chocolate should become glossy and the texture creamy. Add a spoon of HOT water if necessary, and now add the hazelnut paste.
4/Whizz the white until fluffy and firm, add a small part of the fluffy white and incorporate in the chocolate mix starting to make it lighter, then incorporate the rest of the white trying not to break them, spoon the beautiful, light and at the same time creamy mousse in expresso cup. Place in the fridge for 2hours minimum.
For the Chantilly:
Put the cream in your bowl with a hint of the vanilla paste (it is very strong), sugar and beat it until the creamy consistency wanted.
Now on a shopping board place the coffee cup and a few strawberries, whole, take you little chocolate case and fill it up with the Chantilly and quartered strawberries on the corner and Voilà!
