Where would we be without the good old chicken, so versatile and so yummy!

In this recipe I had in my freezer a roll and boned chicken so this is what I did with it.     Let’s get cooking!

For 4 people

  • Prep Time : 40 minutes
  • Cook Time : 60 minutes



1/ Cut your chicken in medium size as you do not want the chicken to dry up as there are no bones.

2/  In your casserole dish brown your chicken on high heat then place all the seeds and brown them slightly. Add now the garlic and onions peeled and chopped finely let them take some colour also for 2-3 minutes.

3/ Now add all the rest of the ingredients and ½ glass of water cover and place in the oven for 1h gas mark5.5 (1650)

Very important to let it rest at least for 20mn before serving.
