1/ Place the salmon under the grill (with no seasoning) and cook for 10mn or until golden brown, then turn it skin up and cook it for a further 5mn.
2/ While the salmon is cooking take a frying pan and start to cook the finely chopped onion when they become clear add the mushrooms, the garlic (crushed), ginger and the spinach. Let it cook while stirring now and again, then add the soya sauce.
3/ In the meantime boil some water and add the noodles to it, be careful noodles only take a few minutes to cook.
4/ Combine the noodles and veg together in the pan adding the black pepper (to taste) and a splash of the sesame oil.
