Cod in Papillotte with Leeks, dill and Lemon

Fancy a bit of fish but would like a different taste? Look no further; here is the recipe that you have been looking for! Easy and So delicious!

For 2 people

  • Prep Time : 15 minutes
  • Cook Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients

1/ Take your leeks make a slit in the middle and wash them under a tap of running water then slice them, the green part also,across into fine little chunks. Place them in your pot with a splash of water season and let them steam away for 6-8 minutes or until cooked.

2/ Before adding the cream cheese to the leeks make sure that the water has evaporated, add also the dill, chopped, the salt and pepper to taste and a splash of the lemon.

3/ Take two large pieces of tin foil and pour in the leek mixture in the middle, add on top the pieces of cod then season to taste you can, at this time, place some very thin slices of lemon.

4/ Fold back the tin foil roughly in a parcel shape then place them in your oven dish in a moderate oven, gas mark 5 (150c) for 20 mn or until the fish is cooked.

Serve them to your liking with boiled potatoes or rice.
