Tomato Salad with Shallots and Spring Onions

Friend coming at the last minute, what do you do for starter? Look around, there is always something and for me was so little cherry tomatoes telling me "eat us, eat us" so we did and forgot how tasty and delicious tomatoes were on their own. Let's get cooking!

For 2 people


  • Prep Time : 10 minutes



1/ Wash and slice your tomatoes and place them on a serving plate, then add the shallot peeled and sliced in little rings on top with the chopped spring onion.

2/For the dressing: in a bowl start by adding the mustard  with the vinegar and stir until the mustard is diluted then add the oil in drizzle while stirring and you will see your dressing thickening.

Et voilá done!
