This recipe is so easy and tasty, as a friend of mine said “it has a bite” and yet so light.

For 4-6 people
- Prep Time : 15 minutes
1/ In your blender put in the trout, skin off, the cream cheese (I would advise you to start with only 100gr), the dill, the black pepper and a squirt of lemon.
2/ Now take your gemm lettuce cut it to size and spread your paté on top with a little piece of lemon for looks; it is as easy as that!
