This fish cakes recipe is an absolute favourite from my children, family and friends. The sweetness of the dill enhances the subtle flavour of the fish.
Any fish leftover will be perfect for this recipe eaten as a starter or a main course. Let’s get cooking!
For 4-6 people
1/ Combine the mash potatoes with the flakes of salmon, egg, dill, turmeric, black pepper and 50gr of the flour.
2/ while the oil in your fry pan is on very high heat, form the fish cake and do not forget to pat them in flour before cooking them into the fry pan. Cook each side of the fish cake until golden brown then place them on a kitchen paper to absorb the unwanted grease.
Serve theses tasty fish cakes with a garlic mayo and a salad.
