Dessert for Christmas is a very important part of the meal and when your are gluten free sometimes it is hard to make one who taste moist, rich, luscious and looks " christmassy".
So here is my version.Let's get cooking!
For 8-10 people
- Prep Time : 30 minutes
- Cook Time : 45 minutes
1/ Melt in saucepan together the chocolate and butter on a low heat. Set aside.
2/ In a bowl beat together the yolks and the sugar until they become white(ish) and creamy. Add in your chocolate mixture the Hazelnut powder and the grated chocolate.
3/ Beat the egg whites until they become firm. Take a spoonful of those and mix them into the chocolate mix to start to air this one then fold in the rest of the whites.
4/ Pour it all in a greased tin and bake for 45 mn in the oven gas mark 5 ½ (165o). Switch off your oven and let the cake in for another 15-20 mn (very important).
To decorate your cake I leave it to your imagination, mine was very conventional, just melted chocolate and butter et voilà!
