The Lazy lamb Curry

This recipe have been made from my son's birthday parties left overs, so the vegetables used were what I had but feel free to use what is in your fridge.
I also used for the first time fennel seed ( with parsimony) as they are very strong, but the flavour in the curry is quite fantastic it brings the curry on an other level. The curry feels lighter in taste and more refine somehow. try it and let me know !

For 3-4 people

- Cook Time : 25 minutes
Ingredients
- Lamb left over (any left over) - approx 300gr
- Onion - 1
- Garlic - 1/2 head
- Broccoli ( long stem) - 3
- Cherry tomatoes - 150gr
- Red Pepper - 1/2
- Scallions - 3
- Milk - 1/2 glass
- Fresh cream - 1/2 glass
- corn oil - 1 tbsp
- Plum chutney - 1tbsp
- Onion chutney - 1tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1tsp
- coriander seeds - 1tsp
- Fennel seeds - 4-5 seeds
- Curry powder - to taste
Instructions
1/ In your pot drizzle in the oil and put in the seeds first and let them toast for 1-2 mn then add in all( except the tomatoes) the vegetables (chopped) and let them take some colour on a high heat stirring now and again but let them caramelised (5-10 mn) at the bottom for taste now add the curry powder stirring it into the veg throughout.
2/ Add the the cherry tomatoes still on a high heat and the fresh cream. Now you can reduce the heat to low and add the milk to the consistence of your liking. Let it all simmer for another 10mn . Let it rest for 10mn et voilà!

Although this recipe have been made from left overs, it sounds mouthwatering.
