The Lazy Lamb Curry

The Lazy lamb Curry

By September 17, 2015

This recipe have been made from my son's birthday parties left overs, so the vegetables used were what I had but feel free to use what is in your fridge.

I also used for the first time fennel seed ( with parsimony) as they are very strong, but the flavour in the curry is quite fantastic it brings the curry on an other level. The curry feels lighter in taste and more refine somehow. try it and let me know !

Let's get cooking!

For 3-4 people

  • Prep Time : 15 minutes
  • Cook Time : 25 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

1/ In your pot drizzle in the oil and put in the seeds first and let them toast for 1-2 mn then add in all( except the tomatoes) the vegetables (chopped) and let them take some colour on a high heat stirring now and again but let them caramelised (5-10 mn) at the bottom for taste now add the curry powder stirring it into the veg throughout.

2/ Add the the cherry tomatoes still on a high heat and the fresh cream. Now you can reduce the heat to low and add the milk to the consistence of your liking. Let it all simmer for another 10mn . Let it rest for 10mn et voilà!

Bon appétit!

Lol, I love how you called your recipe, but are you sure that it was the lamb which was lazy?
Although this recipe have been made from left overs, it sounds mouthwatering.
