Chorizo and Mushrooms Pasta Bake

Comfort food! Don’t we love it!

It is one of those recipe made for those gloomy days and to eat in front of the TV with a blanket. Let’s get cooking!


For 4 people

  • Prep Time : 20 minutes
  • Cook Time : 20 minutes



1/ In your fry pan on a high heat with no oil add in the rasher bits, the chorizo  the garlic sliced thinly or crushed and the mushrooms sliced. Let them cook for five minutes while stirring now and again, you do not want to let the chorizo burn. Put aside.

2/ In your pan boil 2L of water then through in the Gf pasta of your choice, let them cook for 5-6 minutes max be careful to not overcook them. Drain your pasta but not too much keep a little bit of wetness in them.

3/ In your gratin dish combine together the pasta the rasher and chorizo mix, the tomato sauce, oregano and black pepper, Sprinkle the cheese on top. Cook in the oven for 20mn or until golden brown gas mark 7 (2100).
