Mixed salad with Bacon and croutons

This is a salad fit for a queen and king, the secret of this salad is in the dressing. So let’s get cooking!

For 4-6 people

  • Prep Time : 30 minutes
  • Cook Time : 10 minutes



1/ In your fry pan on a high heat with no oil, cook the rasher bits. Once cooked and crispy put them aside and let them cool down. In the same fry pan, turn down the heat to medium, still not adding any oil put in the baguette chopped in croutons(little cubes) and let them take some colour while stirring, making sure that they do not burn. Once golden put them aside.

2/ In your bowl put in all the ingredients together and stir in gently, it should be runny and smooth, add more milk if needed.

3/ On your serving plate place the salad the tomatoe(s) chopped in little cubes , the red onion chopped as small as you can, the rasher bits and the croutons. Serve the dressing on the side!
