For 6-8 people
- Prep Time : 15 minutes
- Cook Time : 30-45 minutes
1/ Butter your tin and then flour it (put your rice flour in the tin , then tap on the side of your tin to spread it) put in the pizza base and with your finger spread it in .
2/ Take the mustard and cover roughly the base then take your tomatoes, sliced thick enough(1/2 inch) and start to place them on your base with your mozzarella sliced thinly in between every 2-3 slices of tomatoes.
3/ Now for the finishing touch sprinkle the herb of Provence, the black pepper and the fresh basil leaves. Cook in your oven gas mark 5(1500) for 30-40mn. Guaranteed delicious!
