Humus

There are so many recipes for humus out there that I am going to give you maybe not the right way but my own way. Let’s get cooking!
For 4-6 people
- Prep Time : 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Chickpeas - 1 can
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves to taste
- Lemon - 1/2
- Olive oil - 1 tblsp
- Black pepper - To taste
- Tahini paste(opt) - 1 tsp
Instructions
1/ In your food processor pour in the tin of chickpea with half of the water, lemon juice , olive oil, garlic (crushed) and the tahini(opt).
2/Once blend pour in a serving bowl adding the black pepper to taste. Voilà!
Serve your humus with a selection or raw veg. Delicious!
