Cooking Event in South of France

Odile’s going home for an Autumn break, and is inviting you for a” Weekend cooking event “in the South of France with an exciting programme of cooking, wine tasting (A must) meeting with local producers and a French cabaret night.

In one of the most amazing location La Gauna (picture above) hidden in the land of the Corbieres located beside the historical town of Carcassone. This is a time to discover and share with others this great passion of ours! An experience to remember!

All included € 250 :  Journey to and from the airport (Carcassone), 2 nights (B&B) ,  lunch, 2 dinners(wine included),2 breakfasts, and discussion  with  local producers, including  introduction to wine tasting and a cabaret night.

Details of the event

Day one (Friday30 th)

17h : Pick-up, Carcassonne airport.

18.30h : Arriving at La Gauna

19.30h : Diner with presentation and details of the event.


Day two (Saturday 31st)

9h : Breakfast

10-12h30 : Let’s Get Cooking!

13h -14h : Lunch with the company of Florence Robert “local pig producer”

14h 30-18h : Let’ Get Cooking!

18h30-19h30 : Introduction to wine tasting avec Laurent Tibes and his wine from “Le clos des Camuzeilles”

20h-21h30 : Dinner with the company of Nadege and Julien”local producer of Sheep” and Laurent Tibes.

21h30 : Cabaret night with “Monsieur William“ duo of piano and French songs.

Day three (Sunday 1st November)
