Bean Salad with Red Pepper and Red Onion

I love this recipe it is easy, fast, yummy! and requires no cooking.

 

For 4-6 people

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

 

1/ Open all the tins of beans in your colander drain and rinse them in cold water.

2/ In your salad bowl make the dressing, always starting with the salt and then the vinegar, stir until the salt has dissolved and only then add in drizzle the oil while whisking. Now add the onion(peeled and chopped), the pepper(sliced), the scallion(chopped) and all the beans finish with the coriander et voilà!
