In this recipe the choice of steak is yours the better the nicer it is.

1/for this recipe preparation is important so; Take your pepper and onion and finely chopped them, for the onions I think it taste better if it is sliced lengthways first. Then the garlic and ginger peeled and chopped, finally diced the beef. Now let’s get cooking!
2/ In your fry pan with a drizzle of oil add the onions and pepper let them cook on a high heat until they start to get coloured then add the garlic and ginger. Cook it for a further 5mn while stirring now and again, during that time heat up a pot of boiling water. Then add the beef, little bit at a time while stirring or it might produce water. Add the soya sauce while the noddle cook( 3-4 mn) and turn off the heat on both pot and fry pan.
3/ Drain the noddle and add them to your stir fry, drizzle them with the toasted sesame oil and stir.
