Chicken&Fennel in White Wine Sauce

In this recipe I use chicken thighs, the nicest pieces to cook in a casserole as they are so flavoursome.


For 4 people

  • Prep Time : 20 minutes
  • Cook Time : 30 minutes



1/ Take the skin out of the chicken and brown then. Then add the shallots (peeled and chopped) and the bacon bits, stir in and let them brown for a further 5mn or until the bottom of your dish become sticky.

2/  Then add in the fennel bulb, the garlic (sliced) all the herbs and finally the wine. Cover and cook it in the oven gas mark6 (1800) for 30 mn.

Serve it with mash. Perfect!
