This recipe is simple and another great salad idea for the fabulous summer that we are having.
By the way, you can use black or white pudding to the salad, according to your own taste.
For 2 people

1/ In a pot with as little boiling water as possible, cook the green beans for 3mn, turn off the heat, cover with a lid and let it finish to cook for a further 5mn. Drain the water off and let them cool down.
2/ Cook your black pudding in the grill for 10mn.
3/ In your salad bowl mix in together the mustard and vinegar then add the oil in drizzle while whisking energetically, add in shallots (chopped as small as possible), green beans, tomatoes (sliced) and the cooked black pudding cut in pieces.
If you half all the ingredients this makes a lovely starter.
