For this recipe as you can guess by the title, time was of the essence and the fridge was bare. So what do you do with a carrot, lettuce, cheese left over and a chicken breast?

- Cook Time : 6-8 minutes
1/ Cook the chicken in your fry pan. While cooking peel and grate your carrot.
2/ On a serving plate, place the lettuce leaf with the cheese inside then sprinkle the grated carrot on top. Cut your chicken into strip and voila!
