20h30-22h30 : Dinner follow by the rencontre of Julian and Nadege( Sheep farmer of Quintillan and Palairac) .
Day two (Saturday the 31st of October)
9h : Breakfast with presentation of the day.

13h -14h : Lunch.
14h 30-18h : Let’ Get Cooking!
18h30-19h30 : Introduction to wine tasting avec Laurent Tibes and his wine from “Le clos des Camuzeilles”
20h-21h30 : Dinner with the company of Florence Robert “local producer of pigs” and Laurent Tibes.
21h30 : Cabaret night with “Monsieur William“ duo of piano and French songs.
Day three (Sunday 1st of November)
