This recipe speak for itself it is simple and "dreamy".
In the ingredients section for the splash of wine,I say "a french one", I mean in quantity not on the wine appellation. But of course!
For 4 people
- Prep Time : 15 minutes
- Cook Time : 20 minutes
1/ Cut the chicken breasts in goujon sizes, and brown them in a pot (high heat).
2/ Then add the sliced mushrooms, the crushed garlic and the thyme .Let it cook until the water of the mushrooms has evaporated completely (still on high heat).
3/ Add the cream stirring until the colour becomes golden, add the white wine and the spinach, lower the heat to a simmering point, let it cook for a further 15mn.
Serve it on a bed of rice, quinoa or mash potatoes.
