For this recipe to make your own mayonnaise is essential to respect the taste of the crab who has such a delicate flavor.

For 2 people

  • Prep Time : 15 minutes



1/ For the mayonnaise; over a bowl separate the yolk from the white. Discard the white.

2/ Take your whisk and add the mustard to the yolk and start to whisk. When it is well mixed add the oil, a dribble at a time making sure to keep the mix glossy, you will see your mayonnaise thickening. You can make as much as you want or as little (Your mayonnaise will keep in the fridge for 3 days minimum). Add now the salt and black pepper, to taste, with a few drops of lemon.

3/ In a bowl mix in gently the crab and your mayonnaise, place this beautiful, tasty mixture in the halved avocado, place a little slice of lemon on it et voilà!

Serve with a salad.
