Fish Broth

For this recipe if you want a broth with a bit more consistency,you can add some rice noodle at the same time than the fish

For 4 people

  • Prep Time : 10 minutes
  • Cook Time : 20 minutes



1/ In your stock add in the sliced pepper, mushrooms, scallions, garlic, fresh ginger, bay leaf and carrot( about the carrot) after removing the peel I keep on peeling the carrot and add those very thin slices to the broth .Add the soya sauce, black pepper, chilli(optional) and bring to the boil.

2/ Reduce the heat to a simmering point and add your fish, spinach and the toasted sesame seed oil (optional).let it simmer for a further 10-15 mn depending on the thickness of your fish.
